Eligibility and markets

We sell to customers in Canada and the United States. You must be the age of majority where you live, or have a parent or guardian's permission, to place an order.

Products and information

We work to describe our products accurately. Product packaging is the authoritative source for nutrition, ingredient and allergen information; always read the label before use. FUELATTE is a food product and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Consult a healthcare professional if you are pregnant, nursing, sensitive to caffeine or have a medical condition.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars for US orders and Canadian dollars for Canadian orders. Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout. We may change prices at any time, but changes won't affect orders already placed. If a product is listed at an incorrect price because of an error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we ship it. We may refuse or cancel orders, for example if an item is unavailable or we suspect fraud, and will refund any payment taken.

Promotions

Discount codes are limited to one per order unless stated otherwise, can't be exchanged for cash, and may expire or be withdrawn at any time.

Mixer use and warranty

Use the FUELATTE Mixer only as described in its instructions. Warranty terms, if any, are included with the product and on this website once confirmed.

Intellectual property

All content on this website, including the FUELATTE name, logo, images and text, belongs to FUELATTE or its licensors and may not be used without permission.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law that cannot be waived.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the province or state named in our registered business details, subject to any consumer protection laws of your place of residence.
