- Order information: your name, email, shipping and billing address, phone number (if provided) and the products you buy.
- Payment information: handled entirely by our payment processor, Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
- Account information: the email address you use to sign in to manage orders and subscriptions.
- Messages and reviews: what you send us through our contact and review forms.
- Marketing preferences: whether you've subscribed to our emails, and when and how you gave consent.
- Usage information: with your consent, analytics and advertising cookies record pages viewed and actions taken on our site.
How we use it
- To process, ship and support your orders and subscriptions.
- To send transactional emails such as order confirmations, shipping updates and subscription reminders.
- To send marketing emails, only if you opted in. Every email includes an unsubscribe link.
- To prevent fraud and abuse, and to keep our website secure.
- With your consent, to measure and improve our advertising and website.
Who we share it with
We share personal information only with service providers who help us run the store, under contracts that limit how they can use it. These include:
- Stripe (payments and subscription billing)
- Supabase (secure database hosting)
- Resend (email delivery)
- Vercel (website hosting)
- Our fulfillment and shipping partners (to deliver your order)
- With your consent: Google Analytics, Meta and TikTok (analytics and advertising measurement)
We do not sell your personal information. Some providers may store or process information outside your province, state or country, including in the United States.
Cookies
Essential cookies keep your cart, your country and currency choice, and your sign-in working. Analytics and advertising cookies load only after you select Accept on our cookie banner. You can change your choice at any time by clearing cookies for this site, which brings the banner back.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, including under Canada's PIPEDA, Québec's Law 25 and US state privacy laws such as the CCPA, you may have the right to access, correct or delete your personal information, to withdraw consent, and to opt out of certain uses. Retention and security
We keep order records for as long as needed for accounting, tax and legal purposes, and marketing records until you unsubscribe. We use encryption in transit, access controls and reputable providers to protect your information.
Children
Our website is not directed to children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
