Returns & Refunds

What can be returned

• Unopened, sealed protein latte pouches and stick packs. For food safety, opened food products can't be returned.
• Unused FUELATTE Mixers in their original packaging.
• Anything that arrived damaged or defective, whether or not it's been opened. Just tell us within 30 days of delivery.

How to start a return

1. Contact us with your order number and what you'd like to return.
2. We'll reply with return instructions and the return address.
3. Once your return arrives and is checked, we'll refund you to your original payment method. Refunds usually appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

Return shipping

If the return is because of our mistake or a damaged or defective item, we cover return shipping. Otherwise, return shipping is your responsibility and original shipping charges aren't refundable.

Starter Bundles

You can return a whole bundle, or just the unused mixer or the unopened pouch. Partial returns are refunded at the bundle's discounted value of that item.
