Processing
Orders are usually packed within 1–2 business days. You'll get an email with a tracking link as soon as your order ships, and you can check status anytime on our Track Order page.
Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, contact us right away; we can update it until the order ships.
Lost or damaged parcels
If your order arrives damaged or doesn't arrive within the estimated window, contact us with your order number and we'll make it right.
